A family from California is going through it right now. Two parents of thirteen children were found with their children shackled to bed in chains.
The 13 children were being held captive in their home in Perris, California.
All of the kids range in age from 2 to 29 years of age. The 17-year-old escaped and 911.
Bail was set $9 million for David and Louise Anna Turpin for torture and child endangerment.
