Comedian Extraordinaire Explodes The World With Jokes About…Find Out More Here!

2017 ended with an interesting gift for comedy fans. On NYE comedy icon Dave Chappelle released 2 new stand-up specials, Equanimity and The Bird Revelation, on Netflix, riffing on topics ranging from Colin Kaepernick, Hollywood sexual assault scandals, even everyone’s favorite orange politician.

It was received to high praise across the board, but the outspoken comic inherently ruffled a lot of feathers. There were members of the transgender community that didn’t appreciate his jokes about them, saying that Chappelle is “too insensitive” but many older fans of Chappelle know and have come to expect for him to make the wildest observations. He is the one man that will say what many wouldn’t dare have the guts to say.

With his classic apathetic demeanor, Chappelle simply paid no mind to the critics. The man debuted a sketch where he played blind black Klansman on his first episode of The Chappelle Show. In 2018, he simply thinks America is too sensitive. Chappelle touches on the story of him walking away from his cult classic show and 50 million dollars at the height of his career. With all of the weird wild and intriguing events of 2017, Chappelle didn’t miss a beat, he came back to the spotlight crushing the comedy game and making fans or foes do one thing after watching his special: think.

You can stream both specials now on Netflix.
