Jay Z responds to Bob McNair’s Inmate Comment!

Atlanta – If you don’t know who Bob McNair is or what he recently just said about the NFL players. Here is some recap of these recent events.

Well, Bob McNair is the owner of the Houston Texans National Football League. He recently made a statement about the peaceful protesters and kneeling before the national anthem. In a press meeting regarding the NFL players Bob McNair stated “We can’t have the inmates running the prison.”

Now of course calling the players inmates made matters worse as more players are starting to kneel before the game when the national anthem comes on.

Bob McNair has received this black lash and has made a public apology to all the players. McNair’s apology stated “”I regret that I ever used that expression. I never meant to offend anyone and I was not referring to our players. I used a figure of speech that was never intended to be taken literally. I would never characterize our players or our league that way and I apologize to anyone who was offended by it.”
