Jacqueline Robinson ex-wife of Jelani Maraj and mother of the 12-year-old daughter Jelani is accused of raping on multiple occasions. Jacqueline explains her account of events leading up to how she found out about her daughter’s abuse. She explains how she came home from work to an enraged and drunk Jelani, who was screaming at her daughter. Constantly asking the then 11-year-old “what did you tell them?” The daughter screamed back that she told them nothing.
A meeting with social services was set up for later that day, where all the details would be released to Ms. Robinson about the abuse. The victim was taken to the hospital where a rape kit was administered which is when Robinson contacted Jelani by telephone since he decided to stay home and not attend the social services summon. Jelani claimed he was innocent and that the victim’s brother account of the events he witnessed were a figment of his imagination.
Robinson goes into detail about her relationship with Maraj and how it was full of emotional and physical abuse. Robinson stated that they were no longer having sexual relations with each other, and only had intercourse with each other once after their wedding.
Evidence has been brought forth that the victim was sexually penetrated as much as four times a week. Someone from the medical examiners office was called to the stand to testify and was unable to say for certain that the DNA was an exact match to Jelani because it was a “mixture” of DNA. But that is was male DNA.
Ms. Robinson said she would make the charges go away for 25 Million.
