Shonda Rhimes will be the third BLACK WOMAN to ever be inducted into the TV Academy Hall Of Fame! The woman who has taken over television with her shows such as: How to Get Away With Murder, Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, and many more, has finally been recognized for her long journey of hard work and dedication in the film industry.
According to TheShadeRoom, The TV Academy CEO Hayma Washington says that the new inductees are innovative individuals who have formed television and he is honored to welcome all who will soon be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the TV Academy. Shonda Rhimes will soon be amongst two of the most talented Black Women in the TV Academy Hall of Fame: Oprah Winfrey and Diahann Carrol. Shonda is already leaving an everlasting impact in the film industry.
Shonda will officially be inducted into the TV Academy Hall of Fame on this upcoming November 15, 2017 at the Academy Saban Media Center, according to Vanity Fair. You go girl!
