Alongside the murder allegations that Tay K who is also known as Tayvon McIntyre is already looking at a new murder charge from 2016 has surfaced. According to MySanAntonio.com, Tay K professedly killed somebody back in April. The police report says that they got statements that the murder incident occurred on April 23rd at a Chick-Fil-An in San Antonio. The casualty was recognized as 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldivar.
The police report expresses that witnesses saw three individuals in an SUV battling (Saldivar and Tay K being two of them) before somebody pointed a firearm at Saldivar. He at that point escaped the SUV, hollering for help when the driver endeavored to run him over. Saldivar bounced on the SUV and hung on as it maneuvered into the Chick-Fil-A parking garage. Once there, one of the general population in the auto shot Saldivar, and the SUV drove off. The witnesses assert that Tay K was one of the travelers in the SUV. The police report expresses that observation cameras caught the shooting.
Tay K is confronting capital murder allegations for the home intrusion from 2016, and however he is just 17 years of age, he will be attempted as an adult would.
