A man fired shots at two teenagers who attempted to rob him while he was walking his dog. The 44-year-old says, a white lexus with Florida tags pulled up beside him near Cedar Croft Lane in Lithonia. The teen jumped out and held the victim at gunpoint in attempt to Rob him.
The man then pulled out of his own gun and shot one of the teenagers and proceeded to call 911. Officers found him in the road and took him to Grady where he later died.
According to Channel 2 action news, Officers used police dogs to search for the driver but was unsuccessful. It is unknown whether or not the second teenager was shot. No charges have been filed.
