Football preseason is well on its way and definitely moving. But unfortunately, it’s moving too fast for certain players. Especially Odell Beckham.
During Monday night’s game, The New York Giants receiver caught a pass and was cut down by The Browns’ cornerback, Brien Boddy-Calhoun. Beckham took a little bit to get back on his feet and he limped off the field. Beckham was also seen on both knees in the stadium concourse before members of the Giants’ training staff helped him to the locker room.
The team stated that Beckham suffered a sprained ankle after a low hit to the leg. Beckham will undergo x-rays to figure out the necessary next steps. We’ll keep you all posted as more information becomes available.
