Ghost is Leaked
If you are impatient, chances are the breach of the press screening that allowed the final episodes of #Power to be leaked online is music to your ears. It’s a possibility that you may want to thank the leaker. However, Starz finds the breach to be a huge problem. Considering ratings generate money, if individuals can watch it online then there will be no need to tune in. Thus ratings drop and the ability to generate money will. Starz plans to pursue legal action. Being that the perpetrator uses his/her personal social media to release the phone -recorded episodes, locating him/her would be child’s play. The network released the following statement: “The final three episodes of Power’s fourth season were leaked online due to a breach of the press screening room. This seems to be a case of password sharing that resulted in homemade videos of the episodes which were taped off a TV screen and posted online. Starz has begun forensic investigations and will take legal action against the responsible parties.
