There is a video beginning to surface the web of a Dekalb County police officer from over this past weekend. The video shows an officer beating a woman with a baton because she was resisting arrest, in his eyes.
The department knew about the arrest and incident, but they did not know a video of the beating was posted online.
The woman who recorded the video inside the gas station says McCrory (the victim) is homeless, and was just asking people for money, which is something she does on a regular.
The officer was cleared following the investigation, but now that this video has surfaced the investigation has now reopened.
