HOV JUST KEEPS GETTING BIGGER AND BETTER W/ TIME! HE RECEIVED A SPECIAL CONGRATS FROM OBAMA! Sean ‘Jay-Z’ Carter made songwriter history Thursday night when he was formally inducted into the Songrwriter’s Hall of Fame.
The first news of this prestigious honor hit the press back in October 2016. In February, it was officially announced that he beat out Madonna, Kool & The Gang, George Michael, amongst others. He has been honored alongside BabyFace, Berry Gordy, and James “Jimmy Jam” Harris III.
He received a special congratulations from former President and friend, Barack Obama. Check out the video below.
