I wonder what Nicki Minaj thinks about this?
Billboards big winner Drake had the chance to meet the legendary Celine Dion last night at the Billboard Music awards. The Canadian artists met backstage at the award show.
Last night was huge night for both artist. For Dion, she belted out her enduring Titanic hit “My Heart Will Go On” to mark the films 20th anniversary. Drake broke Adele’s record for most honors scooped up by an artist in one night.
Drake was so thrilled to see Dion that he bowed before her. In the video Drake told Dion “You’re very iconic”. Dion responded saying “It’s very nice to meet you”. Drake then added “I’m a year away from a Celine tat”. Dion then introduced Drake to her son.
We hope Nicki Minaj isn’t upset about that comment, being that her reaction to the Canadian rapper complementing Vanessa Hudgens left everyone wondering about the two’s relationship status.
