James Harris Jackson, an Army veteran and an individual from a known hate amass from Maryland, deliberately stabbed a dark man to death on March 22,2017. The 28-year-old advised police that he came SPECIFICALLY to New York to slaughter dark men. He handed himself over on Tuesday for lethally wounding 66-year-old Timothy Caughman.
“You need to arrest me. I have the knife in my coat,” James told police officers after marching into the Times Square substation, sources said. “I’m the person you’re looking for.” He told police “he was motivated by rage against black men who get romantically involved with white women.
