In any other arrangement, one or two extra bedrooms would suffice, but when you’re a couple that’s worth a combined $1 billion, that quickly turns into “the equivalent of a mid-sized hotel.” The power couple are planning on the former estate of Aaron and Candy Spelling, which was last purchased in 2011 for $85 million. The report suggests that Jay Z and Beyonce are hoping to make L.A. more of a permanent home. They are said to have had a “secret” viewing of the 57,000-square-foot mansion recently.
