In Tampa, FL, a Brian Boyd, 27, was arrested Sunday afternoon for masturbating as he squirted hair conditioner on the buttock area of women as they shopped at Target. Boyd was previously booked for similar occurrences at different Targets in Tampa. Store surveillance videos recorded Boyd intentionally squirting white hair conditioner on unsuspecting women as they shopped. He crept up to women and put his hands in his pants and appeared to be stroking his penis after he squirted the conditioner on the women’s pants. Boyd was previously charged with six misdemeanors, with four counts of battery and indecent exposure, also marijuana possession; contempt; possession of drug paraphernalia; violating probation; theft; credit card fraud; carrying a concealed weapon; and exposure of sexual organ (for which he was convicted last year). Boyd is being held in Hillsborough County jail on a $6000 bond.
