TRUCK DRIVER THAT CRASHED INTO TRACY MORGAN TRIES TO AVOID JAIL TIME!
Walmart truck driver responsible crashed that left Tracy Morgan severely injured is wanting to strike a deal to avoid jail time. Trucker Kevin Roper has plead guilty to vehicular homicide and multiple counts of aggravated assault.
Though injured, Morgan survived the crash but lost the life of his best friend James McNair.
Sources say the driver had been awake for a full 24 hours when he crashed into Tracy Morgan’s limo on the NJ Turnpike. Roper will be required to enter a 3-year intervention program that includes 300 hours of community service. The charges have potential to be dropped. The judge has not yet signed off on the deal.
