WALE DISSES PERFORMING, AND RUNS OFF WITH THE MONEY!
Upfront and Personal Global, the promoters who say they hired Wale for a performance in NYC this summer, just filed suit against the D.C. rapper Wale claiming to have paid him $25k. They stated that the rapper took the money but never performed.
News officials stated that upfront shows an alleged signed contract between Wale’s camp and the company, plus 2 wire transfers for $12.5k each. They claim after Wale bailed on the show, he didn’t answer any phones or emails when asked for a refund.
So now, they want their money back , plus interest. So far Wale has not responded or gave no word back, to why he ditched the performance. Looks like Wale has some debt to be paid, I mean besides you can’t run off with money, if you didn’t work for it.
