Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have made it official and let go of their main bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, following the reality star’s armed robbery ordeal in Paris, France a month ago. Sources tells ET that the 43-year-old’s bodyguard departure is part of a security shake-up following the incident over a month ago.
Along with Duvier, other security staff has been let go as well. Pascal has been by Kim’s and Kanye’s side since 2012, and both valued his security advice and service. After protecting Kardashian from a bum-pinching prankster in Paris days before her robbery ordeal, Kim praised the minder by calling him a “G (gangster)” on social media. Kanye West stated “It’s a pretty tough situation overall and they love Pascal, but they couldn’t take any more chances.”
I guess now “Kimye” will be upping their security to politician-status, while Kim continuing to struggle with PTSD from the ordeal.
