CHANCE THE RAPPER HOST FREE CONCERT TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO GO OUT AND VOTE!
Chance The Rapper will host a free event to encourage young adults to vote in Nov. 8th’s presidential election. Chano’s non-profit organization SocialWorks is teaming up with Virgin Hotels Chicago to host a rooftop concert on Nov. 7.
The show is planned to happen on the hotel’s rooftop on 203 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Central time. Twin Peaks, Malcolm London, Taylor Bennett, Eryn Allen Kane, oddCouple, Stefan Ponce and more are expected to perform.
Chance states “This election is very important, a chance for new leaders and new opportunities to emerge. SocialWorks and I are proud to partner with Virgin Hotels Chicago, Boost Your Voice and The TurboVote Challenge to give everyone a voice in the democratic process and encourage people to vote, both locally and nationally.”
