YACHTY HAS CROWD CHANTING “F*** SOULJA BOY”
It’s been a roller coaster of a weekend for Soulja Boy & Lil Yachty — the two started feuding this weekend over pictures Soulja posted to his Instagram of model India Love.
After the photos went up, Soulja Boy posted a screenshot of, apparently, text messages from Lil’ Yachty saying that Love is his “shorty” and asking Soulja to delete the pictures. After various exchanges on social media, ATL rapper Yachty had his crowd chanting “F*** Soulja Boy”, while Soulja stuck to the ‘gram posting photos of himself with guns, claiming that he would kill Yachty. Yep, that escalated quickly.
After lots of back-and-forth shots fired, other celebs getting involved, and Soulja even claiming at one point that his account was “hacked”, we can hardly keep track of this mess. However, it may be coming to a conclusion, as Soulja Boy uploaded (and promptly deleted) videos to his Instagram asking to squash the beef, saying, “Lil Yachty, you know I love you. I just need to smoke a blunt. You know how big Soulja start tweaking when he ain’t got no weed” and another video: ” Lil Yachty, let’s squash that shit bro. The Lil Yachty beef over.”
So it really over? Yachty has yet to respond, so time will have to tell. Stay tuned for more updates.
