Last week the Cleveland Cavalier Iman Shumpert had been arrested and recently charged in Georgia.
Shumpert is being charged with DUI, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and failure to maintain lanes while driving. While all charges are being viewed as misdemeanors, the possession of marijuana charge could mean that he may face up to a year in jail.
Cleveland Cavaliers have yet to publicly address the incident.
