The man accused of killing three people in separat The man accused of killing three people in separate shootings last week died in custody Tuesday, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office said. Olaolukitan Adon Abel, 26, was found unresponsive in his cell around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday. He was pronounced dead nearly 30 minutes later. Adon Abel was accused of killing Prianna Weathers, 31, Tony Matthews, 48 and Lauren Bullis, 40, in three separate shootings Monday. Weathers was found with gunshot wounds near a Decatur-area restaurant around 1 a.m. April 13. She was taken to a hospital but died, DeKalb County Police Chief Gregory Padrick said. Then, Matthews was shot multiple times while sleeping outside a Brookhaven grocery store, about 12 miles northwest of the first attack, Brookhaven Police Chief Brandon Gurley said. Matthews was hospitalized, but died Monday. Bullis, a Department of Homeland Security employee who was out walking her dog more than 10 miles away in Panthersville, was found around 7 a.m. with gunshot and stab wounds. She died at the scene, Padrick said. Adon Abel was arrested in Troup County after DeKalb police said his vehicle, a Volkswagen Jetta, was identified leaving the first crime scene and spotted on a Flock camera. @jsmokeatl *Source ANF NEWS
