ERIC HOLDER THE MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING NIPSEY HUSSLE GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
New York Daily News reported Holder was in a Los Angeles court this week when Judge Robert Perry said the trial is to begin close to the start of April and lasts around about fourteen days.
There’s a good chance the trial could start on March 31, which is the one-year anniversary of Nipsey’s homicide.
Nipsey was gunned down right in front of his Marathon Clothing store in South LA. Despite the hard-working first responders, he was announced dead not long after he showed up at the emergency room. Police captured Holder just days after the fact.
Holder was indicted by a grand jury last May on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon He was likewise prosecuted on two new counts of assault with a gun.
He faces life in jail if sentenced.
