She was initially arrested in April 2025 after prosecutors accused her of unlawfully entering her estranged husband’s residence and removing personal items. Distractify
Her attorney, Steve Sadow, announced that the case was “bogus” and posted a court order indicating the state was unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Bossip+1
Redd issued a statement declaring her innocence, saying she was unfairly targeted and is now focused on her business ventures and advocacy work.
