According to the Daily Mail, there’s an video clip shows 21-year-old Hannah Winch hitting the infant and slamming him onto the floor as the boy’s father watches in horror. A welfare check was conducted Friday around 8:15 p.m. but it was unclear who contacted the police to visit the Peru home. The Indiana Department of Child Services said in a report that the child was not injured and investigators said the video surfaced on social media while they were investigating Winch’s home. Police arrested and charged Winch with domestic battery and intimidation. She was transported to Miami County Jail but social media users said Winch was released from jail since her arrest. The investigation is ongoing and Winch allegedly has custody of her son.
