Migos rapper Offset had a near fiasco in Los Angeles Wednesday (Jan. 29). As caught in video form, Cardi B’s better half was shopping at The Grove around 8:00 p.m. at the point when he was purportedly detailed by a shopping center goer for having a weapon in the parking structure.
