Stepdaughter to Steve Harvey, Lori Harvey, was officially charged in a hit-and-run case from late October 2019.
Lori Harvey, 22, was charged with one count of resisting, delaying, and obstructing a peace officer as well as one count of hit and run that ended in property damage and a G-Wagon being flipped.
Witnesses claim that Harvey was texting and driving when she hit a Prius.
The charges are both misdemeanors.
