Life hasn’t been very fun for the comedian lately…
You may recall earlier this month when the comedian Kevin Hart was in a car wreck with his friend and two women, totaling his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. Since then, all of the passengers have lawyered up, and Hart is expecting a massive Lawsuit. His friend, Jared Black, who was also driving the car, sustained minor back injuries and the two women in the back, Harts personal trainer, and Black’s wife had no reports of injuries. In the initial report, the second woman was unidentified, for Hart and the woman left the scene with Hart’s entourage. The woman and the Black couple are suing Hart for failing to install airbags in the vehicle in efforts to keep its authenticity. They are also suing the company which Kevin bought the car through because they allowed him to purchase the vehicle despite it lacking the proper safety equipment.
