A felony charge against singer Chris Brown has been dropped two years after he was accused of “sucker punching” a photographer in Tampa. Chris Brown was facing the charge after hitting 38-year-old Bennie L. Vines
According to Hillsborough County Court officials, the State Attorney’s office decided to drop the felony battery charge from April 2017.
