She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph aka 21 Savage was arrested by ICE on Super Bowl Sunday. He was granted bond earlier this week after spending over a week in an ICE detention center.
Recently, he performed in Atlanta on Thursday in the Super Bowl Music Fest at State Farm Arena.
Tomorrow morning, the “A lot” rapper will be doing his first post-release interview with Good Morning America since his arrest on Super Bowl Sunday.
According to Linsey Davis, the rapper will be discussing how the arrest happened, his days in the detention center and “what he is most focused on now.” Also a 77-year-old man who he met inside of the detention center that he wants to help get into a retirement home.
In the preview video, Linsey asked Savage what happened and he explained “I was just driving and I just seen guns and blue lights. And then I was in the back of a car and I was gone.” “They didn’t say nothing.” He added, “I was definitely targeted.”
