The officer was escorting the handcuffed 15-year-old student out of the school because he allegedly stole a sandwich. Throughout the process of escorting the student out, the officer got really physical with the student, bending his locked up arms upward and slamming him into the ground. This action is what led to the student’s arm being broken. Check out the video below:
