Could the talk show host be in jeopardy of losing her job?
Wendy Williams has been away from her show for a month now due to an alleged shoulder injury but her staff says the real reason she’s been gone is because of her husband’s cheating scandal.
Wendy’s interview with Nick Cannon went viral after she called his last child an “Oops baby” and in an effort to reverse the negative publicity she asked him to take over the show in her absence. The issue with this is that now, her staff and even the audience like Nick hosting so much that they want him to permanently stay.
Daily Mail reported that a production member from Wendy’s show said “I mean it’s probably time Wendy steps away from the show. She’s not authentic anymore. How can she discuss hot topics when the biggest topic involves her husband publicly cheating on her for years?”
