CASE CLOSED!6ix9ine’s sexual misconduct case has officially been closed. According to TMZ, a New York judge has dismissed the case against the rapper, revoking the four-year probation and 1,000 hours of community service he was sentenced to in October. 6ix9ine has been credited with time served.

Tekashi’s lawyer Lance Lazzaro explained that the sexual misconduct case against Tekashi was closed because the rapper has already been booked on federal racketeering and firearms charges. Now that Tekashi is in the hands of the police, the state government can’t enforce probation or facilitate community service.

Two days after the rapper was arrested for the federal case on Nov. 18, Lazzaro made it clear he expects Tekashi to be cleared of the charges.

6ix faces 32 years to life in prison, and the trial for his federal charges is all set to begin on Sept. 4, 2019.
