QUEEN TO HOST!
Queen Latifah will be this year host for the Black Girls Rock! event. The festivals are held by the BET held to celebrate the ladies who have made progress in shifting fields while originating from various strolls of life. This extraordinary night started in 2006. The decision of host is huge for a reason other than Latifah’s own prosperity. The area has an impact in the occasion’s cachet as it will be held at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark, NJ, which happens to be the rapper’s hometown. Beverly Bond, CEO, organizer, and maker of Black Girls Rock!™ sang acclaims for the star in a statement. ”Queen Latifah is the exemplification of dark brilliance, Hip Hop sovereignty, and dark young lady enchantment! She has been a long-lasting supporter of Black Girls Rock!™ and has been regarded at both our broadcast and pre-broadcast appears. I’m so excited to welcome her back to the Black Girls Rock!™ organize as host.” Latifah shared the news through an Instagram story today, a limited time cut that highlights her talking in the midst of wild models. “It’s a royal night of Black girl excellence. We are Black girls who rock. Are you ready to rock? Celebrate Black girl royalty with us.”
