In Suwanee, Georgia a man named Thomas Looby was charged with drug possession and reckless conduct after his baby got sick from his medical marijuana. The baby was rushed to the emergency room and doctors discovered THC in the baby’s body.
The marijuana oil was reportedly too strong to be legal in Georgia. Though Looby moved from California to Georgia and received it from California, where it is legal.
Looby uses the marijuana oil for his hands because of his arthritis. This led the baby to get sick.
