On Thursday, Dr. Bum Bum was arrested after a patient dies. Dr. Bum Bum also is known as Denis Cesar Barros Furtado did an enlarge buttocks procedure on 46-year-old Lilian Calixto. Though he has done thousands of surgeries something went extremely wrong during this procedure. The patient fell ill during the procedure, which cause Denis to take Calixto to the hospital.
However, he left Calixto and went missing for five days until the arrest on Thursday. Sources say Calixto arrived,” with tachycardia, an abnormally fast heart rate, after having silicone injected into each buttock. The procedure is also believed to involve the injection of acrylic glass filler.”
Denis told the Associated Press, “There was an occurrence with the patient.”.
His lawyer said in a statement,”any conclusion regarding the death of Lilian Calixto and my client’s responsibility in this fatality is premature”.
