Jennifer Hudson and her estranged boyfriend David Otunga have been engaged for 10 years now and have a beautiful 8 year old son together. Apparently they have been on the verge of breaking up for months now and people are assuming he was abusive considering the fact that she ordered a protective order against him.Jennifer claims her actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son, but David feels otherwise.
Otunga’s attorney, Tracy M. Rizzo, gave a statement to to PEOPLE magazine on behalf of the former pro wrestler following news, “Mr. Otunga has never abused or harassed Ms. Hudson or their son, and it is unfortunate, especially in today’s climate, that she would feel the need to make these false allegations against him. Mr. Otunga looks forward to his day in court and in being awarded the residential care of the parties’ only child,” .
