Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is concerned for Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s daughter Dream Kardashian. An investigation is underway currently due to Blac Chyna’s alleged drug use. Apparently the Department of Children and Family Services has been involved before Rob and Chyna even broke up but things progressed after Chyna placed a restraining order against Rob, claiming he beat her.
