Former basketball player, Derek Fisher, was charged with two counts of DUI in connection with the accident that totaled the SUV assigned to lover Gloria Govan by her ex-husband Matt Barnes almost killing them.
Due to the charges, Fisher can face up to 6 months in jail if convicted.
On the 4th of June around 3am Fisher was returning home from a night out with Govan when the car slammed into a guardrail and flipped over.
No one was injured but Fisher was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
