Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida has filed a motion asking a judge to force estranged wife Phaedra Parks to pay all of his legal bills in their divorce battle.
According to TheJasmineBRAND.com, Apollo claims Parks has enough money and can afford it since she’s making over $75,000 a month, which is a lot more than he is making in prison.
In the documents, Apollo also says he has to pay off a large bill for having to fight off the divorce judgement Phaedra was awarded. Allegedly, he wasn’t aware his wife had filed for divorce.
Apollo accused Phaedra since the beginning of the divorce battle of hiding martial assets. She previously failed to list their Bucket home in an original draft of their divorce, which was eventually thrown out.
