A female police officer in Dekalb county spent 3 nights in jail after she allegedly leaked nude photos of a fellow female police officer on Instagram and Snapchat.
A police report released revealed that the suspect had sent the victims threatening texts earlier in the week, saying, “you’re going to learn”.
In 2014, Georgia passed the “anti-revenge porn bill” after seeing an incline in crimes involving suspects releasing nude photos of victims for the public to see.
The suspect was released on $5,000 bond Saturday. She faces charges of invasion of privacy by computer, computer trespassing and explicit transmissions, police said.
