JUDGE ORDERED HIM TO PAY 7.1 MILLION FOR ALLEGEDLY GROPING A CONTESTANT ON HIS VH1 REALITY SHOW BUT HE JUST CAUGHT A BREAK
The Game is getting a second chance at fighting a sexual assault case against Priscilla Rainey, a woman who claims he groped her while she was a contestant on his VH1 Reality Show. One of the reasons the judge awarded her this judgement was because The Game did not attend his scheduled court appearance last year in Chicago. According to the Game, his dentist gave him very strict orders not to travel after undergoing an emergency surgery which wouldn’t allow him to travel from Los Angeles to Chicago during that time.
The Game requested a new trial or that the judge lowers the judgement amount which he says is “Monstrously Excessive”. Unfortunately for the Game his paperwork was filled out incorrectly so the judge denied his request. It looks like this time around the Game has everything together and the judge is giving him a second chance with the case. The new court date is scheduled for January 26th.
