CAN QUEEN BEY LIVE? BEYONCE’ IS GETTING SUED FOR USING THE ROC-A-FELLA LOGO

Remember Beyonce’s comeback moment in the video Drunk in Love in 2013? The debut of the Momma Bey and Daddy Jay after the birth of their daughter Baby Blue Ivy?

Apparently the alleged original designer of the Roc-A-Fella logo is looking to sue Beyonce’ for not asking permission to use the logo in her 2013 Drunk in Love video featuring her husband, Jay-Z.

Throughout the entire six minute video, the logo only appeared once when the camera catches a glimpse of the Roc-A-Fella pendant.

Walker is demanding a complete stop to the “Drunk in Love” video and is also asking for profits earned as apart of his lawsuit.

This isn’t the first altercation surrounding Walker and The Carter’s concerning improper use of the Roc-A-Fella logo.

In March of 2014, Walker attempted to sue Jay-Z, Damon Dash and Universal Music Group for $7 million under a copyright infringement lawsuit, but lost in September 2016.

Looks like this man is trying milk Jay and Bey for any coins he can get his hands on.
