Last month Chris Brown was arrested at his home and booked on felony assault with a deadly weapons charges. after his friend, Baylee Curran, Miss California 2016, filed a police report against him claiming he pulled a gun on her after accusing her of touching his jewelry.
After his arrest it surfaced that his accuser Baylee Curran was a fugitive suspect for a theft case out of New York.
Since then the case against Brown is falling apart. The D.A. is unimpressed with the lack of evidence which could result in the case being dropped.
