FIND OUT WHAT DJ ENVY HAS TO SAY ABOUT STOP AND FRISK?

In a 2013 U.S. District Court decision Judge Shira Scheindlin deemed the policy of stop and frisk as unconstitutional.  The topic of stop and frisk is a highly controversial subject and often synonymous with racial profiling.

During the 2016 presidential debates, Donald Trump suggested that the policy of stop and frisk should be brought back and surprisingly enough our very own DJ Envy agrees.  Say what?

Envy, whose father is a retired police officer said “They got a lot of guns off the streets,” DJ Envy explains. “The way that the NYPD was doing it was unconstitutional, they didn’t do it the way that it was supposed to be done, that’s why they pulled it from New York… They said if it was done the right way [the effectiveness] probably would be a lot higher.”  “Yeah I believe stop and frisk works in certain areas,” he continues. “Especially areas where crime is high you should absolutely positively check and see who’s on the streets. There shouldn’t be kids and people hanging on the corner 1, 2 in the morning doing what they do. If you from the hood, you know what n****s is doing’ on the corner at 11 and 12.”  Wow.

What do you think breakfast clubbers?  Are you with Envy and The Donald or nah?
