DID LAST NIGHTS 2016 PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE BREAK RECORDS?
Last nights 2016 Presidential Debate quickly broke the record of being the most watched debate in United States History. Over 81.4 million people tuned in to see Clinton and Donald Trump go head-to-head. The debate set a record for being the most highly watch presidential debate in the 60 years of televised debates.
The important topics of the debate included “America’s Direction,” “Achieving Prosperity” and “Securing America.” While some critics praised Clinton’s poise, others felt that it may have been too scripted. Critics also came down on Trump’s abrasiveness and felt he was rude in interrupting Clinton and the event host.
The next Presidential Debate is scheduled for October 9th.
