J Prince, head honcho of Rap-A-Lot Records has inserted himself into the Lil Wayne Cash Money saga. He and Wayne have formed and alliance and Prince vows to get every penny owed to Wayne by Birdman. Apparently, the alliance was formed after Wayne started talking about retiring due to financial issues with Cash Money. According to TMZ Prince says “Where [Wayne] is weak, I am strong. He has gained an ally, and together we will get back all money owed to him and my son off the Drake albums.”
For those who don’t know. J Prince’s son Jas Prince, is the one who discovered Drake and brought him to Weezy and Cash Money. J adds, “I witnessed hard work that went into Drake’s career and for Cash Money to try and take something that isn’t theirs to take, does not sit well with me and around the world.”
TMZ reports the new alliance was supposedly hashed out backstage at Drake’s D.C. performance last month. If you recall J Prince also stepped in when Drake & Diddy were beefing.
